The aim of the session is to provide a broad perspective on the current market from the Headhunter's point of view. In addition to sharing tips that will help us to be more efficient in the job search, successfully face the selection processes as well as approaches that will help us to establish solid relationships with an HH.
The issues to be addressed:
- Explore the current market situation and its opportunities
- Identify which qualities are most valued in the selection process.
- Recommendations on how to approach an interview successfully
- Question and answer session with the attendees to resolve doubts and situations in the selection processes.
