Carles Brugarolas Manzaneque
Head of Department
Carles Brugarolas holds a PhD in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, a degree in Organizational Psychology and an MSc in 'Research into Personality and Behaviour', both from the Universitat de Barcelona. He holds an MBA from ESADE and a Master in Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA. He holds accreditation as an Executive Coach from the AECOP and as a Team Coach from the Team Coaching International. He is certified Practitioner in NLP by the Institut Gestalt and in LIFO and BELBIN methodologies. He has held management posts in B&F Solution Consultancy, Dícere and Barcelona Centre de Tecnologies. He is specialised in teaching people and team leadership, personal effectiveness and troubleshooting. He is Head of the Strategy, Leadership & People at EADA.
