EADA Business School and the Red Cross join forces in solidarity with those affected by the cut-off low
In response to the devastation produced by the flooding caused by the cut-off low in the Valencia region and other areas in Spain, the EADA Foundation has launched the EADA_UnidosContralaDana initiative in collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross. This solidarity effort seeks to provide direct and immediate assistance to those affected by the severe flooding, mainly mobilising the EADA Alumni community and current participants to contribute to this urgent call for help.
The EADA Foundation is actively working on impact initiatives, strengthening its commitment to society and promoting positive change from the educational and professional fields. Therefore, from the first moments after the catastrophe, the EADA Foundation has worked in close coordination with NGOs and experts in the field, analysing the priority needs and the impact of the cut-off low in the region. Thanks to this collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross, the funds raised through the campaign will be entirely allocated to emergency assistance, coordinated by the Regional Committee of the Red Cross to ensure an effective and far-reaching response.
“Today more than ever, we encourage our community to join this charitable cause, contributing their collaboration to alleviate the suffering of those who need it most,” says the EADA Foundation in its statement.
For those who wish to contribute to this campaign and be part of the support network, a link has been enabled (https://giving.eada.edu/unidoscontraladana) where they can collaborate directly.
