This improvement reaffirms the school as an international reference in the training of future business leaders.

The director of the program, Antony Poole, stressed the importance of remaining competitive in an ever-changing global context: "Our approach is focused on offering an education in a fully international environment, training young professionals with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to immediately integrate into the labour market. In addition, we are committed to an ethical management model that balances profitability and responsibility, essential pillars in the companies of the future."

The Financial Times ranking is based on multiple parameters, including the quality of the faculty, diversity, economic investment, the professional progress of graduates, salary and employability three months after the completion of the program. This last aspect is one of the most notable for EADA, as 98% of the master's participants find employment during this period. The EADA International Master in Management is designed for recent graduates and young professionals, helping them to make the leap into the world of work and boost their careers.

In addition to EADA, the business school cluster in Barcelona is consolidating itself as one of the most prominent destinations for management training. With three institutions among the 50 best in the world, Barcelona competes closely with cities such as Paris and London in academic excellence in management, reaffirming its position as a nerve centre of business education at a global level.

This achievement reinforces the reputation of EADA and the educational ecosystem of Barcelona, where institutions continue to stand out for their ability to train professionals in high demand by international organisations.
