Bros Group consultants to advise EADA students
Executive Masters students in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, and in Business Management and Marketing, are to receive professional advice from Bros Group Worldwide Executive consultants. This is the result of the recent partnership agreement between EADA and this global executive search firm, founded in 2008 with the purpose of revolutionising the concept of direct searches and providing a new cultural and methodological model for the sector. The firm’s consultants have expertise when it comes to identifying and recognising talent in senior and middle management through a digital approach and extensive market knowledge.
This partnership will allow EADA students to learn what companies in the sector want, provide a greater understanding of the professional skills most highly valued by recruiters, and enable access to the different recruitment procedures involved.
Miquel Espinosa, EADA General Manager, noted “the tremendous benefit for students of being connected to demand, and knowing precisely what employers value the most.” Along the same lines, Manuel Miguélez, Bros Group Business Unit Manager in Barcelona, adds that “it is really important for students to acquire detailed knowledge of the market situation, opportunities and trends.” In his opinion, “it’s just as important to acquire knowledge as it is to know how to map out your professional career, through good advice.”
