PIMEC Joves Empresaris and EADAAlumni form an alliance to add value to the collectives they represent
- PIMEC Joves Empresaris, with EADA’s support, will have reached 1,000 members by the end of the year.
- EADA intends to become the flagship Business School for collectives of young business owners.
Today, Antoni Cañete, general secretary of PIMEC, and Miquel Espinosa, EADA’s general director, in the presence of the president of PIMEC Joves Empresaris, Miquel Camps, signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of creating synergies and points of collaboration and thus offer more services and value to the collectives they represent.
PIMEC Joves Empresaris promotes interesting initiatives for the collective of young entrepreneurs and defends their interests before the corresponding institutions, acting as a spokesman. On its part, EADAAlumni, is EADA’s alumni association, dedicated to furthering its members’ development throughout their professional careers.
Thanks to this agreement, PIMEC Joves Empresaris, with EADA’s support, will have reached 1,000 members by the end of this year. In fact on signing the agreement, EADA already incorporated 504 of its members to PIMEC Joves Empresaris without any extra cost to its alumni.
EADA intends to increase the range of services for its associates and to become the flagship Business School for young entrepreneurs and reinforce ties with employers. Consequently, PIMEC Joves Empresaris will provide visibility for EADA as a collaborator on the announcements of the events and forums it organises as well as on its website. What’s more, EADA will become an exclusive partner as the business school of PIMEC Joves Empresaris.
According to the president of PIMEC Joves Empresaris, Miquel Camps, this agreement entails “the creation of a new common space where the academic and business communities can launch joint initiatives targeted at improving the competitive edge of young companies whilst promoting entrepreneurship at the same time”.
Miquel Espinosa, EADA’s general director, had this to say: “for EADA this marks yet one more step taken from the time we started out over 50 years ago in providing a service to our business environment and is also part of our commitment to people and especially to young business owners”.
