HR Business Partner: The new Function

In order to anticipate the demands of the business environment in March 2012 the HR Executive Area launched a new programme that addresses the new organisational model of the HR Business Partner function.

This modular programme is taught in our EADA-Collbató training centre and aims to provide an entirely novel and strategic perspective on the HR function. It clearly outlines the demands and expectations that a HR BP must meet and develops the competencies required in order to take on this new role. Taking advantage of the exchange of expertise among professionals from different companies and sectors, the programme’s final objective is to draw up an individual work plan under the tutorship of expert professionals to carry out in-house consultancy processes in organisations.
