Hartmann seeks out talent: "Growing by making others grow"
On April 13th, Laboratorios HARTMANN and EADA signed an agreement whereby HARTMANN became a Partner company of our Business school. Marc Pérez, General Manager of HARTMANN’s Spanish subsidiaries and Miquel Espinosa, General Director of EADA put down on paper what over recent years has become closer and closer collaboration between the two institutions.
In the words of its Human Resources Manager, Daniel Martín "At HARTMANN each of us is in charge of our own professional development. The Company must set down clear development directives such as competencies appraisal systems, career plans, talent management, inhouse selection systems, etc...and furnish each of its collaborators with the essential tools for them to build their own professional growth”
