Jacobus Philippus Vos

Kos Voos graduated in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam, has taken the EADA Master in Leadership and Organisational Coaching and is certified in LIFO methodology. He is a trainer in managerial skills with broad expertise in Europe , Asia and the Americas and has worked with many organisations in many sectors. Recently he has focused on soft skills for tech companies. He has taught as a visiting professor in different schools and universities such as IESE, Mannheim Business School and Nyenrode Business School and is specialised in the following areas: Leadership and the team, self leadership, coaching skills for leaders, communication and negotiation , experiential learning (role plays). He is a senior Associate Professor in the EADA Strategy, Leadership and People Department.
