Olga Milian holds a diploma in Tourism from the Universitat de Girona, she has studied Humanities at the UOC and the EADA General Management program. Olga has developed her professional career in the international luxury hotel industry (USA, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Germany, Belgium and Spain) working for companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Stein Group, Dolce International and Jumeirah Group. She has been part of 8 hotel opening projects in different countries. She is a Senior Trainer and Coach with the CCL Center for Creative Leadership © EMEA and a professor at EADA Business School in Barcelona (Strategy & People academic area). As a Trainer she has specialized in leadership, interculturality and team management. As a Coach, she has specialized in employability (helping people to reinvent themselves and accompanying them in their search for a professional project).
