Verónica Platas has a degree in Pedagogy from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's degree in AI and innovation from Founderz. Her professional career spans HR management, management and entrepreneurship. She currently works at E-Shape, focusing on HR innovation and digital transformation. Verónica is a professor and has led projects in organizational diagnosis, change, employer branding, talent development and the application of technologies and AI in HR. She collaborates with EADA as a professor, mentor and program director.
