Mireia Montané Balagué
Mireia Montané-Balagué holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from UNLV (Las Vegas, USA) and a degree from the UAB. Mireia lived in the US for 11 years, where she developed her Human Resources professional career working at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and Ark Las Vegas Restaurant Corporation. Upon her return to Barcelona, she worked as Executive Director of La Mola Hotel & Conference Center and as HR Director at the Renaissance Barcelona Airport Hotel. In the academic sector, Mireia has been collaborating with EADA since 2006 as a program manager in the areas of Business Administration, Human Resources and Tourism & Hospitality Management, and as a professor of leadership skills and human resources skills. She has been a 'reviewer' for two academic journals in the tourism sector, has given some lectures on academic subjects and is currently studying for a doctorate in education and technology.
