Alvaro Zapatel
Álvaro Zapatel holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs with a specialization in Economics and Public Policy from Princeton University and a degree in Economics from Boston College. He has experience in the public and private sectors in America and Europe and contributes to the creation of value by uniting both sectors to design educational, leadership and public policy solutions. He works as Manager of the "InLíder" Leadership Center at the Intercorp Corporate University (UCIC). InLíder offers leadership and management programs for senior executives in 30 companies within the Intercorp Group (one of the largest multi-sector companies in Peru with more than 100,000 employees in Peru and Latin America).
