What we are looking for Candidates that do more than just check the boxes.
We want well-rounded candidates who will not only excel on the programme, but also add value, contribute meaningfully and help create a learning environment in which all the participants on the programme can reach their full potential.
We seek to fill our classes with the most promising students in terms of motivation, commitment and growth potential. In addition to an overall motivation to excel in the programme, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork with leadership potential. Successful candidates tend to possess the following qualities, which are closely related to growth potential: open-mindedness, flexibility and adaptability.
Admissions process Tell us a bit about yourself.
The admissions process aims to paint a coherent, accurate picture of who you are. We want to know how you impact the world around you and why we should sit up and take note. Beyond your test scores and GPA, we want to find out what it's like to interact with you and why you are likely to succeed in the future.
Don't be a sheep
Show us your personality – avoid clichés and focus on the values and qualities that are most important to you. The best candidates don’t spend their time building a unique application, but rather creating a life filled with unique opportunities.
Put your nose to the grindstone
You get out of your application what you put in. Share with us the specific aspects of the programme that inspire you and tell us why they are relevant to your unique vision of the future.
Keep the sharks at bay
We believe that collaboration --not competition-- is the key to success. So what we really want to know is how you are at developing relationships, because that is what it's all about.
