About EADA's online programmes

EADA offers a variety of online programmes, including Online MBA, Online Masters, specialised executive programmes and short programmes. These programmes are designed for experienced professionals looking for flexibility in their training.

EADA Business School has recognised international accreditations that endorse the quality of its training. These include:

  • EQUIS: Awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), it certifies excellence in executive education worldwide.
  • AMBA: Awarded by the Association of MBAs, it recognises the quality of EADA's MBA programmes.
  • Member of AACSB: EADA is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, which reinforces its position in quality business education.

In addition, some specific programmes have additional certifications. For example, participants of the online Master in Management or the online Master in Innovation and Sustainability receive a certification in Sustainability Strategy Design and Implementation from the UCL School of Management - University College London (UCL). These accreditations and recognitions guarantee that the training offered by EADA meets the highest international standards, providing participants with an education of quality and global prestige.

EADA has developed its own pedagogical model based on ‘learning by doing’, which emphasises active and practical learning. This methodology includes the preparation and discussion of real cases, teamwork, problem analysis and project development. In the online programmes, asynchronous sessions are used for the acquisition of new concepts and synchronous sessions are used to encourage active participation and discussion in real time. In addition, face-to-face experiences focus on the development of leadership skills through experiential activities.

Assessment is through practical work, case studies and applied projects. In addition, during the face-to-face week, evaluative activities are carried out to complement the online learning.

The duration of programmes varies according to the type of course. For example, the Online MBA lasts 24 months, while the Online Masters usually lasts 12 months. The structure combines online modules with a face-to-face experience at the EADA campus in Barcelona or in other countries, as in the case of the MBA.

Yes, EADA's online programmes are designed to offer flexibility, allowing participants to combine their training with professional and personal responsibilities.

In addition to online interaction with peers and professors, the on-campus week provides an excellent opportunity to expand your professional network and share experiences with other industry leaders.

Additionally, EADA holds Alumni community meetings in multiple cities so you can meet and network locally.

Participants have access to the Knowledge and Information Centre which will allow them to have extensive access to database resources and specialised media. They will also have various virtual tools, exclusive webinars, and can participate in events and conferences organised by EADA, even after the end of the programme, as part of the alumni community.

EADA's online masters include the possibility of a short stay at the Leadership Training Centre in Collbató (Barcelona). As some leadership skills are best acquired through face-to-face teaching, you can visit the EADA campus in Collbató to meet other online masters participants and professors, attend lectures and practical classes inside and outside the classroom, and develop group and simulator projects.

The face-to-face week is optional. If you are unable to visit us due to your availability to travel during these dates, you can opt for the 100% online format and the management and leadership skills module will be done online at another time.

To find out the exact days and times of the face-to-face activities, we recommend that you consult our admissions advisors, who will provide you with all the details.
