Updated information to the EADA community
On March 27, after the approval by the Spanish Congress of Deputies, the Government of Spain extended until next April 11, 2020 the state of alarm approved on March 14, 2020 for the management of the health emergency related to COVID-19.
For as long as this situation continues, as a committed and responsible institution EADA will continue to execute the plan that combines online training and reprogramming of some programs, with the aim of accompanying and protecting our Community of participants, teachers, staff and other related groups.
From the beginning of the closure of educational institutions until today and thanks to our previous experience in online training, many of those face-to-face programs of our institution have been able to successfully adapt to this different format.
Throughout these 3 weeks, EADA has carried out nearly 200 online sessions, which corresponds to almost 800 hours of distance learning for participants of 65 different nationalities, either resident in the Barcelona metropolitan area or who are back in their places of origin. Likewise, it has provided 15 current topical sessions as a free open webinar to all members of our Community, as part of our commitment.
We also wanted to let you know that almost the entire team of EADA Business School is working from home and both faculty and staff are fully dedicated to the development of the training of its participants, as well as ensuring the physical well-being of the International participants who for various reasons are still in Barcelona far from their families.
The EADA Community has always been to connect its participants, national and international, alumni, teachers, staff, corporate and international partners from all over the world. In this complex situation, we especially want to thank the extraordinary commitment of our teachers, staff and participants.
