EADA improves employability for HR participants
Due to the recent agreement between EADA and Manum Consulting Group, both Alumni and current participants of all the EADA Human Resources programmes will have the opportunity to prepare for the SHRM international certification, which is the leading certification for professionals in the HR profession. The Society for Human Resource Management is the largest organisation in the world specialising in HR with 285,000 members in more than 165 countries and Manum Consulting Group is their training partner in Spain.
EADA Alumni and current participants will be able to prepare for both SHRM certifications: the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP), which is aimed at senior level HR professionals and the SHRM Certified Professional (CP), which is aimed at early and mid-career professionals. Both certifications are designed for those professionals who would like to validate and accredit their profile, knowledge, and HR experience in areas such as Training, Compensation, Development, Recruiting, Labour Relations, Selection and Talent. It is also aimed at professionals who wish to improve their employability and competencies in HR at a national and international level.
SHRM: International accreditation
Both certifications form part of an international validation system which is used to guarantee standards in knowledge, quality and capabilities of HR professionals. These certifications also provide a guarantee of excellence which is increasingly required in this constantly changing profession.
According to EADA’s Dean, Miquel Espinosa, “this agreement gives our current participants and Alumni of the HR programmes the chance to expand their career opportunities and employability through this international certification of reference in the sector”. Chief Executive of Manum Consulting Group, Juan Luis Fernández, assures that “it is this joining together of SHRM’s great powerhouse of knowledge, network, and international reputation with the high standards in quality and teaching at EADA and the 20 years of experience of the Manum Consulting team to make Human Resources a strategic part of any organisation”.
