Welcome to EADA’s Transformational Leadership Center
At EADA’s Transformational Leadership Center, we have brought together several professionals: professors, assistants, researchers, sales team, and the organization itself in order to offer to the society two different approaches. The first one is related to the organizations itself (business or not). The second one is about society itself.

In both cases we are talking about transformational leadership. In other words, how we, as individuals, lead the transformation of the current reality.

In business field we talk about self-leadership: high-performance teams that manage key processes, teams that transform the organization and are able to reach a better future from the customers’ perspective.

In this sense, we have many resources to contribute to those organizations in order to improve the results, whatever they are. We have wide experience, technical notes, research, passion and commitment. These organizations could be public hospitals, public and private companies, or NGOs. Those are the areas where we want contribute to turn them into better organizations.

In terms of the society itself, since the recession of 2007 we have many critical thinking books, newspapers, research articles that talk about capitalism and their implications, the world organization, eco divide, the environmental divide.
We are not able to find answers in order to also create a better future for all of us. That’s the second area: try to offer data, reflection and spaces to think how we could contribute to the generation for a better future. The idea is to contribute from this Transformational Leadership Center.
