Programme structure

Module 1: Soft Skills of the Project Manager. Context and Leadership

Project Team Leaders are often members of project teams who, due to their experience and potential, have been promoted. However, their experience is primarily technical, leading them into complicated situations where different skills are needed: these are the human, soft skills.

Module 2: Understanding Project Teams and their Dynamics

Projects, by definition, comprise a multitude of tasks and participants who must coordinate to achieve the objectives that determine the project's success. To perform successfully, teams need to understand several factors and develop a set of skills. In this unit, we'll analyze how a group begins its journey to becoming a high-performing team.

Module 3: Leading Project Teams

When composing and leading the project team, how can I ensure that my team is effectively composed? How do I manage the team in various situations that arise throughout a project? In this unit, we continue our analysis of the team's journey toward high performance.

Module 4: Communication and Learning in Teams

The project manager's communication with their team is a crucial success factor. Beyond technical content communication (tasks, deviations, etc.), the project manager communicates emotions and motivation to the project team. Similarly, the project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project becomes a learning experience for the team and the entire organization.

Module 5: Program Evaluation. Project Comments

Personal and team learnings. Feedback on the projects.
