Dr. Josep M. Coll es profesor de Estrategia, Sostenibilidad e Innovación en EADA Business School, profesor invitado en la Universidad de Yonsei en Corea del Sur e investigador asociado en Maastricht School of Management. Trabaja como consultor independiente para una amplia gama de organizaciones públicas y privadas, como la Comisión Europea, Naciones Unidas, Barcelona y el Ayuntamiento de Seúl, corporaciones globales como Samsung, Posco, Bayer, Almirall Group, Girbau, Amec así como a pymes y start-ups, habiendo trabajado en más de 40 países. En el sistema de las Naciones Unidas, codirigió el primer movimiento de gestión adaptativa y evaluación del desarrollo institucional en el UNFPA. Imparte conferencias regularmente a nivel internacional sobre transformación sostenible y asesora a organizaciones, gerentes y emprendedores en la transición al nuevo paradigma empresarial sostenible, regenerativo e inclusivo. Es autor de varios libros sobre sostenibilidad, entre ellos “Buddhist and Taoist Systems Thinking” (Routledge), “Zen Business” (Profit editorial), Wise Cities (Cidob) y coautor del libro Economía de la Felicidad (The Economy of Felicidad, Editorial Plataforma).
