Emma de Llanos és Directora de la BU de Programes de Recursos Humans d'EADA a l'àrea d'Executive Education, també és conferenciant, professora de Lideratge i Consultora. Ha publicat en revistes especialitzades de Psicologia, Antropologia Cultural i Management i ha col·laborat en diversos llibres com, "Manual del Directiu Eficaç", "Ampliant el pastís" i "Tant creixes tant vals". Experta en gestió del canvi, ha centrat la seva trajectòria professional acompanyant processos de transformació i desenvolupament directiu en diverses companyies i sectors; especialitzant-se en els darrers anys a acompanyar la transformació de la funció i àrees de Recursos Humans.
